Administrative Sciences

The Bachelor of Administrative Sciences program aims to provide admitted students with the knowledge, skills, and practical and analytical abilities across various academic fields in administrative sciences. Upon graduation, students will be equipped to perform their future job tasks effectively, responsibly, with leadership abilities, decision-making skills, and the capacity to adapt to the rapid and continuous developments in today’s world of management.

Program Objectives

Educational Objectives and Goals:
– Provide students with a solid academic, technical, and professional foundation enabling them to achieve personal and professional growth and encouraging them to pursue postgraduate studies in business administration, marketing management, human resource management, accounting, finance and banking, and management information systems.
– Equip students with modern knowledge and the practical skills necessary to apply what they have learned in business administration in both local and global contexts.
– Provide students with scientific foundations that allow them to adapt to the constantly changing practices in the business world while developing their academic research capabilities.
– Enable students to acquire the necessary skills to use information technology and statistical and quantitative methods in decision-making.
– Develop students’ language skills, enabling them to use English effectively in business contexts.
– Enhance students’ communication, teamwork, analytical thinking, creativity, problem-solving, and self-development skills.
– Foster students’ sense of social responsibility and empower them to contribute constructively to community activities.

Research Objectives

The program aims to support scientific research that contributes to student development, promotes academic advancement, and addresses the needs of local, regional, and global business and academic communities.

Community Service

The program seeks to share social responsibility and actively participate in public service by offering professional consulting services and continuous training programs for employees across various business sectors.

Study and Evaluation System

– Credit-hour system with a total of 163 credit hours.
– Courses offered over eight (8) semesters.
– Continuous assessment throughout the semester with final grades based on multiple tools including exams, projects, and reports.

Academic Degrees

Upon completion of the program with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.0:
– First Class Honors: GPA above 3.5
– Second Class Honors – Division One: GPA 3.0–3.49
– Second Class Honors – Division Two: GPA 2.5–2.99
– Third Class Honors: GPA 2.0–2.49
